What We Do To Get Homes Sold

  1. Put your home in the Multiple Listing Service for exposure to all local agents with buyers.
     
  2. Install lockbox for easy access by agents and sign to attract local buyers.
     
  3. Price it to sell versus the competition.
     
  4. Market your home to the most productive agents in the area who have the bulk of the buyers by mailing them a flyer on the property.
     
  5. Prospect 3 hours daily to find a buyer for your home.
     
  6. Advertise your home on all major sites on Internet as well as in select print media.
     
  7. Communicate on a weekly basis, giving feedback on showings and market activity.
     
  8. Provide bi-weekly marketing reports, with copies of ads, hits on websites, updated market analysis, etc.
     
  9. Provide a Visual Tour of your home - an Open House 24 hours per day, 7 days per week!
     
  10. Network at different professional meetings for referral buyers.
      
  11. Notify out of area agents via e-mail for relocation buyers.
     
  12. Notify all prospects that we are working with who are in your price range to see if there is a fit.
     
  13. Mail a "just listed" card to all our past clients and sphere to tell them about your home to generate a referral buyer.
     
  14. Provide an 800 number rider on all signs to give information on the home to prospective buyers and trap their phone number so we can convert them.
     
  15. Pre-qualify all potentials buyers by requesting a prequalification letter with all offers and negotiate top dollar for your home.
     
  16. Mediate and handle any problems during the escrow to ensure escrow closes and alleviate any stress for our clients.
