Matt is a member of the Poway Real Estate Professionals, the San Diego Association
of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS® and the National
Association of REALTORS®. All of these associations uphold a strict code
of ethics and ensure that its members are up to date on the latest marketing
techniques and legislation affecting real estate. Matt is a Senior Real Estate Specialist who truly wants to be the best educated Realtor to better serve his clients

Matt is committed to quality service and client satisfaction. By listening closely to the clients needs, working hard, constantly learning so as to
enhance his skills and service to his clients, he is able to help them achieve
their goals. The Brooks Kolker Results Team believes in the Platinum Rule: "Do unto
others as you do unto yourself". They are eternal optimists and always see the bright side of any situation, believing

Personal Information
Matt is a native San Diegan. He is married to his lovely wife, and high school sweetheart, Michelle. They are very proud parents of their baby boy, Ethan, who is the joy of their life. When he has any spare time, Matt enjoys exercising, playing basketball, coaching youth basketball, playing golf, volunteering, hiking, reading, and just staying active.
Community Involvement
Matt is a volunteer at the La Jolla Family JCC, where he coaches youth basketball. He was a volunteer at the Linda Vista Recreation Center, where he worked on a community restoration project called "Model Citizens". Matt is the President of his alumni association at the San Diego Jewish Academy in Carmel Valley. And he serves as a board member of his Home Owner Association, Pacific Tower in Pacific Beach.
